The Slow- Cured Beef biltong has become a firm favourite in our house.
I have to hide it away otherwise the fam finishes it in one day.
Not to wet not too dry and an amazing flavour not overpowered by salt or spices.
With a little edge of fat, its to die for

We decided to get the Biltong box.
So worth it.
We would like to make just one suggestion.
The Mild Beef Chilli Bites were not our favourite, it would be nice if we could have
swopped that out for perhaps an extra 200g on the Wors or normal Billies… or even just
plain Bites 🙂
